This Is Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. Lathrop Residents Directory is a private reference. It cannot retrieve records, certify copies, decide who lives at an address, or change a roll or database. Send those requests to the office that keeps the record. For an emergency, dial 911. If stalking or harassment is involved, contact local police.

Need a Particular Lathrop Record?

The best starting point depends on the record and the question. These routes keep the source and its limits clear:

Lathrop City Attorney's Office: 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330. Phone (209) 941-7235; fax (209) 941-7233; email website_cao@ci.lathrop.ca.us.

Submit a city request through the Lathrop online public-records request form, by email to website_cao@ci.lathrop.ca.us, or by postal mail to the City Attorney's Office at 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330. The form says the city will make an initial determination within 10 calendar days under Government Code ยง 7922.535. That is a determination deadline, not a promise that production will finish in ten days. Describe a defined record, date span, address, or name as it appears; the CPRA does not require the city to create a new record or answer a question.
