Lathrop Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections that may show who lives or once lived in Lathrop, California. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with Lathrop, San Joaquin County, a California agency, a court, a library, or another records custodian.

11. California Law and Records Rules
California law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The California Public Records Act is codified at Government Code §§ 7920.000-7931.000. It generally governs access to nonexempt public records, including an initial determination normally due within 10 calendar days under § 7922.535 and a possible written extension of up to 14 days. It does not require an agency to create a new record or answer questions.
Consumer privacy matters are distinct. The California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act appear in Civil Code §§ 1798.100-1798.199.100, while the Delete Act appears at Civil Code §§ 1798.99.80 et seq. These citations describe California law; they do not make this private reference a public-record custodian.
12. Severability
If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
